Critiques
Your execution appears impeccable - she's in perfect focus, and the lack of it on the rest of the background and foreground makes sure our eyes are drawn to her.
I like the contrast of the clearly seen red to the fairly colorless background. However, one can barely spot some yellows and even greens in the shades, and perhaps having those yellows somehow accentuated would actually highlight the red, and let the eye move throughout the work.
Regarding eye movement: I don't know if making a different crop was available, but if yes, experimenting with the ladybug's placement could be good. She will be noticeable regardless of her location; it could be interesting, however, to have unfocused space at the center of our attention.
Also - the grass behind the ladybug, to our right - I wish there were more of it, more of similar diagonal lines to the left - it would add motion to the work.
Finally, I don't know how the creation of out of focus background works, but I wish the blurriness was somehow circular - if the curve of the ladybug were reiterated more in the image, it would be more effective.
